Help save cats and dogs in your community! Urge your county manager to follow New Mexico House Memorial 24 (HM 24).

Similar to a humane resolution, HM 24 asks county managers to start developing comprehensive plans for saving New Mexico pets.

Many of the decisions made for animal welfare happen at the local level. Although this resolution (or statement of intent) to work toward greater lifesaving has been passed, it won’t happen locally without your community and county manager’s support.
