Join us at Provo's October 15 city council meeting to show support for community cat programming.

We encourage attendees to speak up in support of trap-neuter-vaccinate-return (TNVR) and share your personal experiences. If you'd like to speak during the meeting and would like assistance please email Caitlin Lisle ([email protected]). She will see you at the meeting!
Best Friends has submitted an offer to implement a pilot community cat program, and the city needs only to approve it. Attending this city council meeting, or sending a message to your city council member, will show city leaders that the community wants to save more cat lives.
