END CHAIN OF DEATH TETHERING OF PETS
The goal is to ban tethering and leaving animals to die. Their no reason any animal should be tired up, and owners are slowly doing nothing but forgetting they have a pet to die slowly. Pets should have shelter available, clean drinking water, and fresh food. With proper training and analysis, with tone and body language, you'll have a well-behaved, obedient companion. There needs to be more animal control patrolling in neighborhoods, watching for pets under stress. Recap main objective: ban tethering, Second, more pet officers, Third, owners properly trained to care for their pets. The owner must license the pet, as the owner should be licensed and tag themselves.

Our mission is to provide animals with essential vet care, vaccines, spaying/neutering, TNR or medical treatment. Once socialized and ready we help arrange transportation to adopters nationwide.

Not to not have it end when it's just beginning. I know that with as many people we have in this world, we can end the killing and make sure these Sweet Angels have a chance at life.
